There are lots of things in there and I’m 99.9% sure there are a lot of resources online that will probably help you understand what most of that does. I was lucky enough to not have any issues but if you’re having issues with it not starting or just getting a black screen or something similar, you may want to try lowering the graphics quality in the Optimization section. It says this on the very first screen that pops up in the launcher. There are also lots of Graphics tweaks that you may have to do trial and error with. If Steam is coming up then uncheck the box in Configuration in the Launcher that says something to the effect of “Launch Steam after starting” You don’t need to have Skyrim installed to run this.
I was going to try and jump in to help but I don’t even know where to start with all these comments. nostalgic! I’v missed those cool little magic herbs!!

Not quite sure if the 2K Texture pack is working because game looks crisp anyway, but i think the rocks look better?) Gonna try some more simple mods and see what happens!ĪWSOME game, i love it so far!! AHHHH the Nirnroots….

Some Skyrim MODS work, am using CBBE, and 2K Texture pack (but you have to install manualy, so backup everything). But to be honest, i DON’T think you can change the language in this release. The official game seems to support lots of the usual language as i just read it in the ‘Read Me’ in the launcher, but don’t know if language is included in this ‘ELAMIGOS’ version. LANGUAGE, in not sure, i just tried editing ‘Endreal.ini’ and changing language to ‘GER’ and i tried ‘GERMAN’ but it did NOT work, game crashed.

STEAM starting when launch? Does not happen to me, however, look at the Endreal LAUNCHER options (exe launcher on desktop) and UNTICK the box that says ‘Start Steam With Launcher Start’ (found in ‘Others’ tab).
